Warranty Coverage

Biopex stands behind the quality and reliability of its medical and laboratory equipment. All products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise in sales documentation. Warranty coverage includes the repair or replacement of defective parts with no charge for labor or replacement, provided the product has been used under normal conditions and as per instructions

Exclusions & Conditions

Warranty does not apply to consumables, parts subject to normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized repairs, accidents, or improper installation. Modifying or disassembling products without written approval will void the warranty. Repairs requested outside the warranty period, or those falling under excluded circumstances, may be subject to standard service charges.

Repairs & Service Requests

For warranty service or repairs, please contact Biopex customer support with your product details and proof of purchase. Upon verification, Biopex will provide instructions for authorized return or facilitate onsite inspection. Repairs are carried out by certified technicians; replacement parts may be substituted with similar or upgraded items. For out-of-warranty repairs, customers will be informed of costs prior to service commencement.
